COMELEC has decided to junk the Gloria Arroyo Initiative BUT this means that the battle is shifting to the Supremem Court.
In my opinion, this is part of the GRAND STRATEGY of Gloria.
Thus, the fate of the whole nation rests upon the Supreme Court Justices.
Let's all hope that they remember Fr. Bernas' advice: HOW DO YOU WANT TO BE REMEMBERED BY HISTORY?
